Facebook Port Elizabeth Business is a scam

This "Business" advertises on Facebook Marketplace. They are located in Port Elizabeth. I bought 2x Deep Cycle batteries from them with a supposed 6 month Warranty. The batteries are faulty I tried them on 3 different inverters and they do not work correctly. I have tried numerous times to contact them via Facebook messenger and the Whatsapp number they provided. I cannot find out out where they are located as the batteries were delivered to me. They do not answer messages or Whatsapp calls. If they do I get shoved from pillar to post with promises. Do not do any business with them. I have heard of other people who have also been scammed by them.
