electric bill
We are tenants of tshamahansi village in Soweto Diepkloof zone 2, we have a problem of electricity bill that goes up every month with no explanation, we tried talking to the caretaker but he doesnt listen to us and we don't know the owner of the flat so that we can tell him our problem and hear his side of story. So please help us peter
