I really regret going to Tso mabane today we all in my family have a running stomach due to mogodu people that are sick today pls complain as we try to support black businesses but no this is not on selling food that is off now my 3 year old is cry with tummy pain while u enjoy our cash and getting rich of selling rotten food pls someone send inspectors at Tso's butchery before someone dies

<p>Tso's butchery is one of the greatest in Kagiso, actually putting Kagiso on the map. However my recent visit there was very unpleasant. So as a regular, unhappy customer, i go to their facebook page and complain, because if I don’t, and no one else is, how will they know what is offensive to their customers, right? So i tell them how unhappy i am about the standard of their toilets. Which are not in the standards of a Lilizela tourism award winning establishment. So as I raise my concerns, being; no toilet paper in their restrooms, can't flush, can't wash my hands, don't feel save going to their toilets as they are secluded and have never seen security on that side, even suggesting that if the issue is the toilet papers are stolen, then they should invest in lockable tissue dispensers, or **** two birds with one stone, and place a security lady outside the toilets, giving every lady a piece of tissue as they are walking in. But my concerns fell on deaf ears. Not only was the response defensive and ignorant, it was unprofessional and rude. Whoever is assigned to respond to social media queries needs serious business coaching. You don't tell a customer, a loyal customer for that matter, that they are being unfair, that they are malicious, and, i quote, "be realistic now, changes won't happen within a week". This after I say I don't expect changes to happen overnight, but I expect them to happen. So really my issue now is not even about what my initial complaint was about, it's now about the lack of interest to make their business better, lack of trying to make their customers happy, lack of respect to the advice given, and the manner I was spoken to. </p>
