Tts has the ability to change your life, does not matter what course you choose, their support is like a seatbelt in a car, stuck with u. Thank u Charmain and Wian

Phone repair

I sent my phone in to get the LCD screen fixed and it came back with much more damage and 2 weeks too late. The whole backside was cracked, there was damage to the sides

Tv went in for simple service and came back damaged

Took my tv in to have it's backlight replaced. TV came back with deep scratches all over the stand and dirt under the screen, obviously from when it was opened. I was told TV would be collected Friday around 10am to be taken back, I sat at home all day and was told "oh sorry Technician is fully booked".....Saturday they made time to fetch my tv...Monday no calls, Tuesday I call in and was told it hasn't been assessed yet..... So now tell me firstly do you guys not turn tv's on after doing a repair to ensure it is fully working and you left no marks on the screen after opening it up? Secondly how on earth can you hand back a tv after damaging the stand with extremely deep scratches? Thirdly you make arrangements to collect and then just don't bother calling a client, making me waste an entire day waiting at home? Fourthly you take 2 days to 'assess' a tv after I already told you what was wrong? Incompetent!!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IN CAPE ROAD

We ordered a washing machine motor -+4 weeks today ago by Tts in Cape Rd. As off last week every day myself or my husband will phone regarding the Motor. Nothing happened every day I get an excuses this and that and this, yes people where striking, people where this that but they want payment o yes, but almost a month later no service. spoken to the manager she started to get an attitude after for 4 days she has been telling me the parcel is on its way then oh they received the invoice but no part etc. bla bla bla, so I ask her if I may have the owners name he was so un helpful and rude not trying to sort out my problem... the service at this place is terrible. Samsung you guys is getting a bad name like places like these. I rather buy another brand before I will ever deal with this bunch of clowns....

bad internet service duel to IP address service

<p>i beg them for weeks fix my internet and to changes my IP address they don't want send tech to fix it now going month now don't know what to do </p>

Samsung Dryer repair agent takes money, loses part, keeps equipment... 2 months of stories

<p>On 1 July 2016, TTS group collected and undertook to repair our Samsung condensing tumble dryer (R385 call out) - requiring payment by the 13th of a further R1000. They claim to be agents for Samsung, their offices emblazon it outside as does their website http://ttspe.com/elec/index.html</p> <p> </p> <p>No return or delivery took place, as they could not "find" the fluff filter - and more than 2 months later, the stories and excuses continue. Money taken, they still have our dryer... no answers!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not only poor service, it is tantamount to theft!</p>

TV REPAIRS

<p>MY 32 inch television was booked for repairs on 10 December 2015. I paid the money for TTS to check the problem. After a week I was told about the problem and I advised them to proceed with the repairs. For month I never heard from them. I went to check with TTS and I was told that they  were waiting for the parts. There after I used to keep on checking after every 2 weeks and but it was the same story of waiting for parts. Two weeks ago my wife went to the branch to check progress and she was told that the TV will be done the following week.  Now a week has passed still I don't have my TV and I have not received any call from TTS about the status of the repairs.</p>

Pay upfront and wait forever.

On the 6th of January 2016 I went to TTS to purchase water filters for my Samsung fridge. I was told that there were none in stock. I was told that I could order the filters and that they would be available in 4 to 5 working days. I had to pay a Thousand rand upfront for items that should be in stock. (Using my money to run their business) Calling TTS was very frustrating as you waited a minute plus for operator to answer your call. Having your call transferred to service department was impossible. I was told by the operator that someone would call me. This did not happen. On the 18th of January I spoke to the manager who assured me that parts would arrive later that day or on the 15th. She took my number and assured me she would give me a call. It is the 20th of January and no call. I cannot understand why Samsung uses unreliable and unorganized companies to represent them. I am seriously thinking of avoiding Samsung products in future.
