Generator repair scam

Took our generator to repair, after some weeks they came back with a price, paid a R 5500 deposit, waited a long time when they finally said we can pick it up, we send someone to check on site if it was repaired, it wasn't, then they replied that they won't be able to pay us back our deposit as it was used for "parts" Basically because of their misdiagnoses , we have to carry the cost. Don't go there !
