Turnberry Gap cover, pay back the money

Turnberry must Justify by investigating this matter, why this my claims are decline, due to a fact that on my claims there are a wisdom tooth that needs to be remove and as per my Turnberry contract it indicating on an accident and wisdom tooth it will and shall cover my Medical Aid short fall.

The Medical Aid dental short fall on this moment are R 135.30 and R 305.30, that come back as decline, when the Turnberry Gap cover say that it will cover in case of a wisdom tooth are infected to be removed, the Gap cover out of my pocket, so why with empty promises ?
