Worst service ever!!

<p>I had a very bad experience with Turners, I called to make an appointment with then to get a quote to see what was wrong with my car. I was told that I did not need an appointment and could just come on in. When we got there around 9.30am we were told that they were very busy and that it would take about an hour or more before they could even look at our car, we were upset as that is why we called we did not want to hang around. Anyway we sat there till after 12.30 each time being tole they are waiting for quotes for the part. Eventually they gave us a quote and said that they were going that afternoon to fetch the part. So we arranged for them to collect the car Monday from my house, I asked if we needed to pay a deposit and was told "IF I WAN TO"' I did. Monday came and nobody came for the car, around 9am I called and asked where they were, being told that the drive is on his way, around 11.30 I called again being told the drive was running late and would be there soon. At 1pm I call and was told she is trying to get hold of the driver. I had told them on Friday that we needed the car fixed by Monday afternoon as we had to travel to langebaan for work on Tuesday and was assured that it would be fixed. At 3.30pm I call and ask what was happening, only be told this late in the afternoon that they had in fact not got the part yet and were still waiting for it. I was very upset and told them to cancel the deal and refund me the deposit as now I had to find someone who could fix the car this late in the afternoon. I found someone who could do the job for us. At 5pm they phoned me to say that they had finally found and gotten the part, I was very upset and told them that I had canceled the service earlier that day as they did not deliver when they said they would. The next day the Manager or owner has the audacity to call me as ask what must he now do with the part and that they would not pay back my deposit as he now had gotten the part. I still have not gotten my deposit back, they will use the part and make double money off me. I am very upset with there attitude of dismissal towards me and feel that people should know how they will get treated when they go to this place.</p>
