********, ********* and deceptive conduct by Celia Da Silva!!!!
I would like to warn others about the deceptive, ******** and ********* practices of Celia Da Silva from Turnright properties. After requesting a viewing of a unit, I was told that a credit check was required before scheduling the appointment, mind you, I’m currently renting a unit that costs R3000 more than the unit I was viewing with her, in the same estate, I stay here. I explicitly declined this request, yet Celia Da Silva assured me that they wouldn’t run any checks until I’ve viewed the unit and liked it then consent to proceeding. However as soon as I submitted my documents after a back and forth of me expressing why I was skeptical to submit until I’ve viewed, Celia still ran a credit check without my consent before even arranging a viewing appointment and apologized for having done it but later when the “owner had accepted another application” she **** about having obtained my permission to run the credit checks. This resulted in a hard inquiry on my credit report, which will negatively impact my credit score. Not only did she run a credit check without my consent, she also **** about having obtained my permission when confronted about it. Instead of admitting fault, she resorted to deceiving me by claiming that I had given consent. When I inquired about other units in rectification of the mess Celia created, she suddenly stopped responding and eventually blocked my number. I urge anyone considering renting through this agent to be extremely cautious and to demand transparency and honesty, good luck getting any!!! What a ***!!!

Stay away from Turnright properties!! Amelia De Costa a huge ****!
If there was a zero rating I would definitely put it down Amelia Decosta unfairly/*******ly went on TPN and put incorrect information about my rent payment which has negatively affected my TPN record She refuses to update information on TPN! When i had financial difficulties in October 2022 Turn right and Masterfin where quick to run to TPN to record that i dont pay rent ( rent was paid within 7 days and communications where sent ) But when everything has been settled and there no need to drag me They dont care to go and record my compliance It is very sad and disturbing I am not against the fact that my late payments where recorded Well done! I have no issues with that But do you care to go back and say that the “non payer” has now paid rent for the rest of the lease as well as the term of renewal. I have made several attempts to get this sorted out because i was not even aware of what is happening on TPN I have paid my rent on time since January without fail until November when my lease expired but that information is nowhere to be found!!!! you to leave blanks on the system even when i have made payments -I have proof that my rent was paid on time in November but you went and recorded it as rent paid late! In January a payment was made for December and January But you went and said i never paid tent in January! You are very cruel!!!!!
