Appalling treatment - 6 months and no delivery!

I have ordered a bunk bed online on 22 May 2023 from tuscanybunkbeds.co.za. It has not yet been delivered! Some of my email enquiries were answered with apologies and vague promises. Recently I have requested a refund after losing hope that they will ever deliver. No response. The telephone just rings. It is now almost 6 months later with no sign of any positive development. Their website and communication seems genuine enough but I highly recommend anyone lured by their good prices to STAY AWAY.
