Tvandappliancedirect scam!

Tv and appliances direct, Appliance house.co.za and Appliance247 are all run by "Adam Aindow" their company is 247 Holdings (Pty) Ltd. I cannot confirm if these businesses are legit or not but I will advise anyone who thinks of purchasing from them to STOP!!

See, I ordered from appliance house and saw good reviews only to realise that the reviews were in actually fact for appliance.uk and not this one. I paid and after a month of dissensions I finally got my refund (It was not pretty at all). I went to the extent of reporting them to the National Consumer Commission.

Now, I think Adam probably trades with the money (assumption) because many never get his items but from reviews some do get their refunds (like myself). I write this for people looking to buy here to not even look their way (I kid you not!!). I also write for those who have already paid and wonder what to do next. I ask you to please have faith because it is those reviews where people confirmed that they received their money that gave me hope.

You fight, call your bank, call Sasfin, write to pricecheck, email the NCC and even open a case if you must. We cannot be working hard for money for people to come and just grab it.

There are a few (VERY FEW) who have confirmed to getting their appliances but only after months.

In conclusion, try not to buy online. Verify the seller if you really must. I hope this helps someone.
