Horrific Service from the rental agent

I am unable to raise any issue for Natasha's attention as she is constantly unreachable for discussion, telephonically or via email. She is very quick to update TPN records, And this has happened many times where my tpn was updated without any effort from neither Natasha, TW prop to perform collections or call to find out how to collect monies not paid.. My TPN updated whilst my rent was paid. Just the reference was incorrect

Currently, my TPN is updated for non-payment when I have already moved out of the apartment, and this was discussed with natasha prior to moving out.

Natasha did not arrange a moving in inspection of the unit, and neither a moving out inspection and no one was there in order to hand over the key and remote for gate access. I left the key with security personnel. No mention was made about a pro-rata rental payment, nor about my deposit which was paid when the contract started.
