Management made it worse

In our experience the care & services of the onsite Medwell team together with some of the security guards & operational team was the only positive reason when faced with the decision to occupy. The handling of rules and requests (management & some security guards mainly) in a manner that does not benefit or assist the property owners were the concluding decisions to rather sell the property. The percentage of any sale paid to them on transfer of properties in the rules only came to our attention at registration of property, without them lifting a fingers for it. Having paid the levy and frailty housing for years, taking a portion of full title transactions seems greedy. Neighboring estates and villages has been more accommodating.
