Twirldry not to be trusted - Bad payers

We supplied Paul Philander from Twirldry various supplies for his business. He took the supplies and has reneged on making payment. Paul does not answer my call or respond to any of my emails He admits to owqing the money but makes no attempt to settle he is not to be trusted. I would stay away from people who do business in such a manner
