I wish I could give them 0 stars. Their online customer service is absolutely **********. It took them 3 weeks just to notify me it will take another week for my package to be shipped. After I requested a refund it took them another week to refund me.

On the 30th May, I made a purchase online from Vuse. Shipping was meant to happen within 1-3 working days. On day 5, I e-mailed them to ask where my delivery was. I was then notified that there was an issue with my order being processed, and that it had to be cancelled. I was then asked to please e-mail them sensitive details including my bank account details which I declined to do. Since then, despite numerous mails from me to request a refund for my order, VUSE have failed to re-imburse me for my order. I have corresponded with Sebastian from the refunds team on many occasions without even the slightest confidence that this matter will be resolved.

On the 30th May, I made a purchase online from Vuse. Shipping was meant to happen within 1-3 working days. On day 5, I e-mailed them to ask where my delivery was. I used to smoke Vuse and took a break and used a different vape. I went to buy a new device this week and the same pods I used to vape - I am shocked at how horrible the exact same flavor is now. It dries my mouth out, hurts my throat and has no flavor. My tongue is even sore I am shocked at the quality compared to what it used to be and have now wasted R300 on ******* - shocked

Why have you changed to the revolting Vuse liquid??? It’s not compatible with the Twisp atomizers and burns them out. I’ve had to change the coil on my Tyko three times this week and that’s on a full tank of liquid. Did you test the products before you changed them???? You’ve taken an exceptional product and TOTALLY ruined it. Dissatisfied customer!!!

Why have you changed to the revolting Vuse liquid??? It’s not compatible with the Twisp atomizers and burns them out. I’ve had to change the coil on my Tyko three times this week and that’s on a full tank of liquid. Did you test the products before you changed them???? You’ve taken an exceptional product and TOTALLY ruined it. Dissatisfied customer!!!

If there was a ZERO star that's what Twisp would get I cannot begin to express my disappointment in the service from an area manager wow it was shocking.. he refused to assist kiosk staff when asked relevant questions about the statement made on their website www.vuse.com.za or www.twisp.co.za I own a twisp cue and cliq and used once but leaked forever the cartridge was terrible nevertheless I noted on the website that they accepting exchanges on the twisp clip and or cue for the new Vuse so I tried the instructions which I'm going to copy and paste here "EXCHANGE YOUR TWISP CLIQ OR CUE FOR A FREE VUSE ePOD Exchange your Twisp Cliq or Cue device for a free Vuse ePod vape pen in three simple steps. I've been using Twisp for years now. December I opened up a new 20ml Vuse eLiquid that I had ordered online, only to find that it had the most unbelievable chemical taste. It was so bad that I had to throw away the coil and open up a brand new eLiquid and insert a new coil to get rid of the taste. I emailed Vuse immediately. Sebastian responded after a few days to ask at which store I had bought it. So I pointed out that it was an online order. I still had two unopened eliquids of the same flavour and asked for an exchange, because I didn't want to open them up as well and find the same issue. Sebastian had replied on the 24th of December and since then, in spite of a number of emails from my side asking for a resolution of the matter, I have not heard anything from them. I can't rate their customer service, because clearly they do not have customer service.

Sad to say that Twisp is no longer the same. I bought my first Twisp device in 2016 and loved all the flavours to choose from. I had all the devices and used to upgrade to the newest on the market (on my 10th Twisp device). However, since beginning of 2020 (before lockdown) I started having trouble to get my preferred flavour. This is the problem with Twisp, they bring out a new flavour, then I'll use it for a couple of months then they discontinue the flavour. Then I have to find a new flavour, and same thing happens. From Love Fool, Strawberry Milk, Strawberry Whip and Limincello just to name a few. The current flavours are not to my liking. I've then complained several times on the new Vuse site, only to get a response that the flavour is a bad seller and have been also discontinued. Now for the last 2 months I'm forced to use a flavour that is not to my liking. It feels like they doing this to promote the Vuse pod. I have 2 Vuse pods and I don't like it at all. No matter what....I will not switch over to Vuse pods. I'll rather find another brand that is willing to keep customers happy and have the flavours in stock. You are definitely gonna lose customers!!!!

I have been using the tyko for just over 2 years and it’s just been the worst experience. The coils burn out too fast and I have already had to have the battery replaced. For no reason or warming at all, it died again. No flashing, no smoke , no sign of life at all. I’m just overly annoyed as it seems like the service and quality of the products is gettting from bad to worse. If there’s no stock of coils, then there’s no stock of flavors, there’s just always something wrong.
