I app**** for a withdrawal from my 2 pot on the 28 Feb it's been 11 days without received my money sars did there part it says the money will reflect in your account after 3 working days with sars tax confirmation it's day 3 now and still nothing and if you call you are on the line forever and then everytime they come with a new story they must stick to there promis

Good morning I did my 2 pots claim on the 6th of June i have been calling since I am going to week 5 and the callcenter has been saying it's processing I will like to open up a complaint or escalation as it has taken longer than the required time and no one seems to care or take action because when I call it's stories after stories My contact number is 0696633492/ 0711460401 please look into this urgently
