Some courses are very misleading by virtue of consisting of multiple short videos (some 60 seconds), showing / telling a person what to do and not how to do it.

I completed 3/7 courses and decided that its not good value for money, thus I requested a refund. I received a reply this morning stating that unfortunately no refund was actionable as certification already took place. I have received ZERO certificates from this company, my profile states the same, ZERO certificates issued from the 3 courses that I have done. Shameful.
