Fantastic Service

Simply the best. Tyremart Montana goes out of their way to assist you and to make sure you are safe on the roads. They do not hunt for a quick sale but rather find the best solution at the most cost-effective way. As was my experience with Hugo.

On Saturday the 5th of October I took my vehicle to TWT to do wheel rotation, balancing and wheel alignment as it was close to my house. What a disaster as the Monday on my way to work the vehicle shook violently going over 100kph. I took it back to TWT the Monday afternoon to be checked. I was told straight up I needed new rims, and they were standing ready to sell and fit a pair. I left and contacted Tyremart Montana for a second opinion. Spoke to Hugo and was asked to bring my vehicle in the Tuesday.

On my arrival Tuesday afternoon Hugo was ready to assist. He advised on not doing the new rims right away and first wanted to make 100% sure it's the rims. Bear in mind they had the rims in stock and could have made a quick sale. Hugo did road force balancing on all 4 wheels and sent me on my way requesting feedback from me the following day. The next morning it was a bit better but still shaking.

I went back the Wednesday afternoon and Hugo requested I leave my car there so that he could test. On Thursday they did a whole lot of tests and on each test took my vehicle for a drive to see if it was sorted. Hugo even went as far as putting other tyres on my rims and going out for test drives. They checked the suspension, shocks, bearings and finally put new rims on my vehicle with my tyres and did a final test.

Throughout all of this I was updated on the hour. Hugo went over and above what was expected. He could have easily closed a sale on day 1 but rather took the time and care to make sure. Fantastic is all I can say. I ended up fitting 4 new rims to my Ranger at an affordable price and replaced all 4 shocks as the shocks was overdue. My Ranger drives like a dream. I don't think it has ever been this smooth on the road.

I cannot thank Hugo enough for what he did. He is special. We will never use anyone ells again. Thank you Tyremart.
