On 20 December 2024 I took my car for wheel alignment and balancing they charges me R670 in total but one hour later they called and told me they cannonly do 2wheels as my other wheels were smooth and one had bubbles. So I told them I don't have the money for new tyres they can do what's possible on the car. Now my problem is that they refused to refund me cash for the other service I had already paid for. They said they will write on the invoice that next time I come there they will know that I have money left over with them?? I ended up saying I will bring my daughter's car fir wheel alignment on 23 December 2024 as I was told their policy is not to do cash refunds!!! Iam pi***d off why is it so easy for them to take our money coz I'm sure I'm not the only one who had to pay before the service, but then u are told you have to buy new tyres and what's worst is that they refuse to give you a cash refund?? The owners of this franchise must be made aware of this daylight ******* as it affects the name of their brand!

These people are not qualified and should not be allowed to use hand tools. There is a big buffoon that uses a hammer to loosen wheelnuts. Of course he stripped it then said it was already like that when he got there. This place will not see me again I will take my company cars elsewhere. If the prices are too good it's because it will cost you more in the long run.

These people are not qualified and should not be allowed to use hand tools. There is a big buffoon that uses a hammer to loosen wheelnuts. Of course he stripped it then said it was already like that when he got there. This place will not see me again I will take my company cars elsewhere. If the prices are too good it's because it will cost you more in the long run.

I had already made a payment when they realized that they don't have parts compatible with my car,they refused to refund me and when I insisted on it they then requested a bank statement and ID copy,I mean really???who walks around with that?worst thing is I was passing by witbank and now they expect me to drive from Pretoria just to get shocks,it is absolutely madness .I am so disappointed in how they conduct their business.it was easy to take my money and to give it back is now a moun******he lady was so rude aswell you could see that they are forcing me to come back.I want my money back ,now I am forced to spend money just to drive to witbank .They are thieves .

I will never take my vehicles to Tyremart Witbank again, even if I get stuck next to their premises!!!!!!! The reception lady don't have any business ethics or manners, and the way she is talking to clients are unacceptable!!!!! The place is unorganized, dirty and the whole impression of the business is a disgrace!!!!!

I will never take my vehicles to Tyremart Witbank again, even if I get stuck next to their premises!!!!!!!
