Shocking experience at Tyrone Family Clinic

I recently had a Vitamin B injection administered in the wrong location which has caused nerve damage. Tyrone Clinic has taken a hands off approach to the matter with little attempt to discuss or give support or resolve amicably. The whole experience was traumatic and distasteful. Not my idea of a family friendly clinic at all.
