Shocking experience at Tyrone Family Clinic

I recently had a Vitamin B injection at this clinic which was administered in the wrong location and has caused nerve damage. Tyrone Family Clinic has taken a hands off approach to the matter with little attempt to discuss or give support or resolve amicably. The whole experience was traumatic and distasteful. Not my idea of a family friendly clinic.
