What an experience! We were received very friendly by the staff. During our stay, we had the privilege to partake in a number of activities at the Lodge, where the staff were very proficient and well-trained. We went on a very interesting game drive, a relaxing boat cruise, and had a spa experience. Thank you to Adri and her team for an unforgettable weekend.

What an experience! We were received very friendly by the staff. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I received from your team. The professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were truly impressive. A special mention must go to Randzu, the patient, ever-smiling, and dedicated waitress who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of outstanding. Her tireless work ethic, always being on her feet and ready to help, is a testament to her commitment to providing world-class service. I was also impressed by Reuben, the manager, who consistently checked in on us throughout our visit. His hands-on approach, even serving us himself while simultaneously ensuring everything ran smoothly, demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to customer satisfaction. The culinary experience was equally impressive, with the Chef preparing dishes that were nothing short of exquisite. The beef beggar was a standout favorite – tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was a delight! Lastly, I appreciated the establishment's commitment to gender diversity and inclusivity. The maintenance lady's prompt response to addressing the air conditioning issue, keeping her promises and ensuring our comfort, was truly commendable. Words cannot adequately express my gratitude and admiration for the exceptional service, outstanding cuisine, and welcoming atmosphere. Your team has set a new standard for excellence, and I look forward to returning soon. Thank you again for an unforgettable experience.

The lodge owner has trained the staff very well starting with the security at the gate, the receptionist and the restaurant staff. Those at the reception treat guests in a respectful manner. The waiters attend to customers in an efficient and friendly manner. I love going there because of their warm welcoming. Their food are to die for. The rooms are so clean and has that fresh aroma.

On the 1st of December we had booked your venue for a baby shower at the Lapa. On the day of the event to our disappointment the venue was given to someone else who “apparently “ booked before us. We were given a smaller place to our dissatisfaction. We were ready to cancel the whole thing as we were unhappy with the latter venue but the manager convinced us not to and that we would get a refund, as the only reason for us to choose your venue was your beautiful Lapa of which we couldn’t get and now we had to settle. The manager on duty was a lady whose name I forgot and had promised us a refund of the venue and till this day there hasn’t been any contact made with regards to the refund. I had written a review on Facebook about how disappointed I was of the service I got on that day but I was asked to remove it since an agreement was made which I immediately did, but you did not stick to your side of the agreement. It was not our fault that your staff was incompetent and double booked us. Can you kindly stick to your part of the agreement and refund us the money as promised.
