I invested in a platform and every time I tried to withdraw, they kept asking me to invest more money before I could access my own funds. Once again for the second time in as many months I have been left embarrassed in a retail shop when my Tyme bank card was declined. I checked my balance and the money was available so I drove to a ATM to draw money and that was declined too. I can't even use my banking app either. When contacting customer care O was told "we are experiencing a technical problems" well Tyme bank you are becoming one big technical error after another. I closed my account.

My mother passed away in 2021 and had an account with Ubank of which there's monies on that account. The query is only attended by 1 person so if she's not there no one else assists. It's a painful process dealing with the loss of your loved one so you don't need any pain to deal with. The last day I went there was on the 01/06/2024 before that it was on the 28/05/2024.then I was told that the lady will send an email but when I went yesterday the 01/02/2024 the lady was not there so I couldn't get any assistance.

Capitec blocked my account without notifying me in 2018. I went to their branch several times I don't get valid reason for my account to be blocked they can't unblocked it either. I will appreciate if they can be professional enough and assist me with my account

Worst service ever in your Rustenburg CBD branch,honestly nobody knows anything and for the first time ever I found myself in a bank for 3 full hours because people cannot trace where funds deposited into an account went to...what a shame to a bank that has sustained our fathers and elders who are in the mining sector

Capitec bank Tzaneng mall. The consultant named Valley gave us such excellent service. It was fast and he was real friendly, hd answered all our questions and assisted us from start toend without a problem. Thank you for you amazing and ftiendly service
