I requested a ride in the morning, waited for the driver who took longer than expected. On his arrival I take the back seat. He says come to the front and I told him I don’t like sitting in the front. Rudely said you know what let’s cancel the trip. I have my reasons why I don’t want to be in the front seat. I take rides every morning to work I have never been so disrespected like this.

Uber one deducted R500 form credit card without my permission, I did not sign up for anything or give permission for them to debit my credit card. This is *****!!!!!!! I want my money back Melinda Jepson 074 581 6867

There is an automated deduction of R50 for Uber eats (totals R600 pa) for Eats - quite funny I use Uber for travel only, however they auto subscribe me into their service after offering R100 on the app. Since I eat fast food perhaps once a year, and I get it myself, how do they justify this. Then there is their website - no client service, loops you around and around - I am deleting the app, and changing my credit card.

I paid for the ride with a card and the driver made me pay for the ride again with cash. I told the driver I have already paid he threatened me that if I do not pay he will come after me as he knows where I stay. I gave him the money he called me names and I have a video of him driving off at my house hot where I got off.

Uber One and bank ****! Be VERY weary of an Uber one and bank **** doing its rounds. Banks, in my case Capitec, post a 3 month free subscription to Uber one. Without your consent, R 50.00 is debited from your account at the end of the free period. Capitec REFUSE to reimburse the funds and suggest that I contact Uber. Uber are NOT INTERESTED!!! This is obviously *****, so please be VERY WEARY of "deals" offered from Uber one and your bank.

I'm so ****ed at how much we pay for "convenience" only to played. UBER ONE is just a useless service and I do not wish anyone to subscribe to it. I've been having such a bad experience with rides and UBER eats. Point1. After an hour of requesting and drivers not accepting my ride when theres plenty of them around... I finally got one. You request a ride for the driver to fecth you from pick up point to destination, but no apparently I must walk to where the driver is, sick in the rain and barely able to walk, I mean if I wanted to walk to get transport I would've rode a taxi..smh 2. You buy food for the damn drivers to deliver, they get to the gate to just take a picture and eat the food, acting like they've been trying to call, then report the food as delivered. When you get there the food is nowhere to be found. You call the driver they don't answer... obviously the next step is to report to useless customer only for you to be told that "the driver tried contacting you 2 times so we will not be able to refund you" that time R300-R350 is gone. 3. My point is, you cannot be paying so much for convenience to be receiving less or even no convenience rather stay with other delivery services because what the hell? I'm so not happy with UBER as a whole... very much useless. YOU NEED TO GET BETTER AT MAKING DURE YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE CARED FOR @CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THINK YOU SHOULD GET STAFF THAT ACTUALLY KNOWS ANX UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE DOING... COMPETENT STAFF! FROM DRIVERS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES!

Uber has been deducting money from my account almost every month and when ever i rise the issue with them they tell me there is nothing that they can do, they say that the money they are deducting is from a ride taken by my sister, yet her ride history clearly shows that they were no rides that were taken for the amount or on that day. I am honestly tired and they should bring back my money
