Good service regarding undelivered order.

I ordered pizza at 12 noon by 2pm the order was not delivered I went to enquire in store they told me one of their Uber drivers took my order, I told them it never arrived I've been home for the past 2 hrs the cashier on duty advised me to wait for the driver, He came at 3 and told me he left the pizza on the street because there was no response from my side lapho I did not miss a call a from, I asked him where did he deliver he pizza since I did not hear him knock nor call me at my gate. He told me to go back to the app to say my order was never delivered I did and I got an email responding and promising me a refund, I did receive the refund and I would like to command Uber Eats for how it handled this issue though I will never risk using the app again.
