Taking monthly premium without deliving any services
After numerous attempts to contact them, we got no response. 3months of no service or communication, but diligently taking their monthly premium.

Bad Service Security
Experience bad, no response and no answer of calls on any contact number. Also took double debit order off account and when/of someone answers, cannot give straight answer why. Currently at bank to do a dispute and reversal.

No service, rude management.
I fear I am wasting my time posting this review as Ubuntu does not seem to care much about their customers. I would not recommend Ubuntu. The WhatsApp community group, initiated by Ubuntu some time ago, is virtually inactive. The website no longer works, my emails are going unanswered and armed response times are either non existent or unacceptable. I have had instances where panic and alarm signals receive not even a call from the control room, even though when I call them they acknowledged that the system does show the signal was received. On two occasions they did call but did not bother to ask for our password. We recently had an intruder in our garden at 4am, we called for assistance and it took 45 minutes for the reaction guard to arrive. The reason given by the control room and the guard was that they had to drop someone off in Pretoria before they could react. We live in Rooihuiskraal, 30km's away. I can not seem to get hold of any sort of management, and my requests for someone to call me back are ignored. I have just been informed by an Ubuntu staff member that "everyone" is aware that Ubuntu had a "fall". If they have not been able to provide the services, I question why they are still taking their customers money. Ubuntu, you are a disgrace! Update: After days of emails and phone calls to Ubuntu, a lady named Charlotte phoned me. She was condescending and did not seem to care about my complaints and concerns. She was adamant that Ubuntu Security is running as normal, but when I questioned her as to why the service was non-existent, she got angry and hung up the phone. I called her back and she again hung up on me. I think this speaks volumes about the caliber of company and management.

Ubuntu don't pay his workers
I was working for Ubuntu security. Now that they have to pay us the new guy and his wife have stories they don't want to pay us I've work for my money every day that I have to so I've found n new job beter money so I resigned I've work my days that I have to and they said we wil pay you for the days you've worked. So like I said no money when we ask were is our money it was a screaming match so atlast the wife Mrs Charlotte said we must wait before friday they will pay us still no money and then when we whatsapp them they ignore us when we phone the phone wasn't answer can someone please help me to sue them for my money we need it we have to pay rent and buy food

Poor service and no customer service
We have a new security company since August. Monday night 12 Des 2022, Ubuntu came and put boards on our walls with some kind off white stuff. It was raining so the boards fell off and the white stuff has made an enitre mess on our red/brown walls. We have phoned them several times to come and make their mess right. But with no luck at all. I mean we are not even clients of Ubunto! Everytime we phone we just get the same message over and over- we will come back to you. But our walls look terrible and they just have an attitude off its not their problem. Be aware that they have no pride in their work nor customer service. Is there anything we can do?

Stay away
We have been with Ubuntu for many years and pay them religiously. We had a break in and they could not be bothered to come out in spite all the alarms functioning properly of us phoning them. Not a company to be recommended.
