UCAN / UCANDOIT can without a doubt DO IT..... excellent service
What an absolute pleasure it was purchasing from Ucandoit. I called in for information on an item and was assisted immediately. I made my purchase and was extremely surprised when after receiving an email advising me my purchase would be delivered in 2 - 3 days I RECEIVED IT THAT VERY SAME DAY. These guys are excellent, from the help you receive when calling in to the updates on your order and then the speedy delivery WOW how nice to know your order is in such capable hands. If I could give you 10 stars I would. I recommend this company to everyone. Keep up the great work, it's nice to know there are companies out there who actually care about their clients. empty promises
Still waiting for them to come and fix my mother unit ,they will always say someone will contract you, then Noelan will call you and promise lies, its also 7 months of waiting if not more cause they fitted my mother mother unit in December till today ,they haven't fix the mistake and bring the missing handles all the will tell me is someone is coming next week , I m looking for ways to force them to fix ,

i complained about your work about a month o r so back ,then guy from your company promised my mother that he will come fix the kitchen unit and bring the handles that was short but till today we still waiting, why do you lie to people like this , what can pf company is this

Ucan- Biggest Dissapointment Ever!!
My daughter and I went to the Ucan at Game Boksburg on a Sunday. We gave the consultant Samke (who we later found out is still in training) our measurements and specifications for a pot draw unit and a microwave unit (she told us the microwave unit comes with the cupboard on top). we told her that we just wanted the microwave unit and she told us that she would design it and quote with and without the cupboard and we must come back in 45 minutes. An hour and a half she was still busy. We asked for the quote that included the cupboard on top of the microwave unit and we agreed without even looking at the other price. We paid for it and were told about 10 working days. the Wednesday we get a call that the quote was wrong and that she hadn't included the small cupboard or kick-plates (we weren't even told that there was an option of kick-plates or feet for the pot drawer). We paid the extra and waited for confirmation. Only after I called to find out if the eft had gone through did they tell me the order was ready (so it doesn't take working days). we fetched the pieces and found no diagrams on how to put it together and the kick-plate was one long piece, so I went back to Game and Samke told me that there are no diagrams as people pay the 20% for installation and that we have to cut the kick-plates ourselves. the finish of the Microwave unit is terrible and chipped and the cupboard on top has hinges that doesn't stay open when you lift it. The pot drawer unit broke when we turned it the right way up I am not asking for Ikea products but from no-knowledge consultants inferior product and bad customer services this is the worst company I have had the displeasure of using. Wasted my hard earned money with them and will never recommend them to anybody.

Bad Work Ethic

Not knowing about cupboard making we paid him the money. we also had to fetch him from the Taxi rank as he did not have a car to get to our premises. </p> <p> </p> <p>once the material arrived, the builder realised that the pieces did not fit so well together and that their glasses on the cabinets were not there. which Tshepo failed to inform us that we would need to purchase separately over and above the R36 000 I spent on the material. Some of the cupboards did not fit to the end of the wall. some of the cupboards overlap to the end of the wall. The builder has done his best to cover Tshepo’ s mess however this has been financially straining to myself and my mother. There are two cupboards that are completely of no use and the other does not fit in the space that he designed it to. </p> <p>When we asked him to replace the damaged product he tells me that it will be financially costly to him...</p>

Messed up order
<p>Ordered custom BIC at Builders warehouse Table view.</p> <p>The whole order was messed up in terms of:</p> <p>incorrect sizes</p> <p>missing pieces</p> <p>doors delivered that was not part of the order</p> <p>incorrect spacing of installation holes</p> <p> </p> <p>UCAN is unwilling to collect the mess and refund me my money</p>

Messed up order
