STILL WAITING for this delivery. POOR communication, POOR service, POOR skill
We placed the order on the 3rd of December, and delivery was expected on the 11th. Sound great, right? WRONG, it is now the 17th and we are STILL WAITING for this delivery. The call centre contact is not much help with providing useful and reliable information. and we can never get hold of the despatch department, or the elusive CHRIS. This is probably 1of the worst online sales service and delivery platform. This is the most unsatisfying and unprofessional service ever. I would not recommend anyone to use this company if this is the level of service. UCAN has a lot of upskilling and changes to do in order to be at all at a level that is expected from the community it serves.

Misrepresentation: Product differs from pictures on the website
When our kitchen cupboards arrived, the handles were completely different from the handles shown on the pictures. We were not happy and asked to be sent the handles as shown on the picture. The response was: “The handles on the kitchen on our website look different because of the ArtiCAD drawing.” This is misrepresentation.

Misalignment of the cupboard doors
The cupboards are generally easy to assemble and quite sturdy. However, some improvement in quality control is needed for perfection. The pre-drilled holes aren't precisely aligned, leading to misalignment of the cupboard doors. This cannot be fixed afterwards, and left us disappointed with the product.

Package of horror
Instructions are easy. However the product was not handle with care. I purchased x2 4-door 1800 BIC. I find the corner of the door chipped also the glue of the packaging ended up leaking onto the cupboard door as well now I have already waited a month for these cupboards now I still have to deal with these unnecessary issues also it doesn’t take 45 mins to finish assembling more like 2-3 hours a cupboard with a level of advanced DIY skills. I paid R3000 per cupboard

What an absolute pleasure it was purchasing from Ucan / Ucandoit. I called in for information on an item and was assisted immediately. I made my purchase and was extremely surprised when after receiving an email advising me my purchase would be delivered in 2 - 3 days I RECEIVED IT THAT VERY SAME DAY. These guys are excellent, from the help you receive when calling in to the updates on your order and then the speedy delivery WOW how nice to know your order is in such capable hands. If I could give you 10 stars I would. I recommend this company to everyone. Keep up the great work, it's nice to know there are companies out there who actually care about their clients.
