Marie Jonker has come into my business and stole goods and treatments of R1000 sent me *****ulent recpets of payments and has not paid to this day .She give you a sad story about her husband being abusive and then books a very expensive treatment when it is time to pay she says it's a large amount and then asks to do an eft which turns out to be *****ulent. She also tries to convince you she owns 182 trucks and has the money which she does not .

On the 11 february 2025 I took my truck to Kathu UD Trucks for major service. Upon arrival I notified them that the temperature gauge is malfunctioning and requested that it should be replaced. when I went to collect the truck, I realized that the temperature gauge was not replaced nor fixed, it was still malfunctioning. I asked the mechanic if he replaced the gauge, he said no. I left the truck hoping that they will sort out the issue, but instead the mechanic disconnected the temperature gauge to stop it from reporting error message. A month later the truck blew the cylinder head. I contacted the customer service. the meeting was arranged with the area managed. they promised that the truck will be fixed soon. the previous manager by the name of matin even promised that he will ask the UD trucks to contribute to the costs. This proves that they are acknowledging their mistakes and negligence. however, now they are claiming that they will no longer be able to contribute to the costs due to the fact that my truck is no longer under warranty. They should have told me this before they took my money. i have paid R 56000 for major service, then later paid R125 155.21 for the damages that they were caused due to negligence. my truck was working fine before i took it to UD truck. this has caused me mental and financial stress. I am on the verge of loosing my business because of their negligence. Kathu UD truck must contribute to the costs of my truck.

I’m so disappointed with BB trucks Polokwane I don’t even know how to express my frustration from the incompetence and poor service I’m getting from BB trucks polokwane and I took the truck there because I believed they would be able to sort out the problem quickly and effectively as its a reliable brand but turns out I was wrong worse part it’s their brand UD truck its been 3 months now that they’ve had my truck and they are taking me from pillar to post it’s a new story everyday initially I drove my truck there and I was given a quote with an absurd amount and for things that are not even damaged on the truck which need to be replaced and which where fully functional but because I trusted thier judgement,diagnosis and opinion, I did not object because I thought they would do a great and quality workmanship I paid the full amount only to find that they recond the parts and put them back on the truck however the truck continued to give me the same problem I had initially took it there for ,Iv lost my patience with these guys as my frustration is pilling up because I’m loosing my contract and client ,the client has even lost confidence in me as I report to him what ever feedback I’m getting from BB trucks but it comes across as if I’m lying and I have given the truck to some local mechanic who does not know what he is doing ,these guys are not giving my truck attention or maybe they are struggling with it and they just don’t want to be honest but every time they tell me they’ve picked up something I have to pay ,,and I believe they are taking advantage of my kindness and patience and it frustrates me to hell and back this is by far the worst and most horrible service I’ve ever got from a service provider in my experience as a truck owner I’ve hit a brick wall with these guys and they just don’t have a sense of urgency as they also don’t understand the inconvenience they are causing me this is utter nonsense and exposes their incompetence and poor workmanship and how unreliable they are I would not advise anyone to even give them a chance or even recommend them to anyone ….can someone above their jurisdiction or boundaries please intervene and sort out this ****.

Horrible experience from BB TRUCK MIDDELBURG, the truck went for service and the following day it started releasing smoke, wouldn’t take gears and all. This truck had no problems before the service. The workers are ****** and very rude. I definitely would not advise anyone to work with them!

Endless problems with new vehicles.No stock to fix basic problems.Absolutely no willingness to sort out any problem.Steering falls out on a new truck a mere 120Km from the dealer.Engine and gearbox mounts breaking.

I would not give one star, if given an option. I bought a UD truck brand new, and the 2nd day after delivery I called the dealer to bring to their attention that there was faults on the truck including overheating. It does no heavy duty work, only drives in and out of town. Before 30000 km the engine had to be opened and now on 60k again. My problem is, the dealer has no backup service and just keep making excuses for the product. This truck is not nearly as reliable or sturdy as is advertised and I feel that I got the lemon truck. My hands are tied and feel this dealer gives the Morgan group a bad name
