Great Service
Great service when you need to access a doctor from home. Doctors are professional and able to dispense medication as needed. It is super useful that the prescription can be submitted straight to the pharmacy.

Impossible to get your money back from them
If the doctor for some reason cancels your consultation, prepare to struggling for over 2 weeks to get your money back. First I was told give it 5 days, then 7. Then Udok told me its my bank and not them, but they did take payment and my bank won't reverse the payment without authority from them. When telling them this you would expect help right? Wrong, you'll be stuck calling after Paygate, as everything is someone else and not Udok. Rather use someone else, there are many other options.

NOT INSTANT DOES NOT WORK **** DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I have a UTI and it's too late to go to a Dr. but I'd like to get a prescription ASAP so I can go to 24hr pharmacy and get the antibiotics I need. They've now ****** R348 from me, and it's been 2 hours without being connected to any Dr. even with "express consultation"

To my suppries I went trhough all the hoops filled in my details and was ready to make my booking and made payment only for their pay gate to have an error and close. I have now contacted the company numirouse times as my funds have gone off my bank account and has not reflected in my UDOK wallet or account. I in the mean time had to pay extra money to go and see another dr and have lost the booking fees.

I wanted to use the convience of UDOK this past week for an injury. To my suppries I went trhough all the hoops filled in my details and was ready to make my booking and made payment only for their pay gate to have an error and close. Convenient and helpful
Very helpful for those little issues that need a doctor, but you don't have time to drive to a doctor or wait days for an appointment. I've found the doctors very approachable, and they do a good job considering it's an online platform. I have used them a couple of times and never had to wait more than a few minutes for a consultation.

Overcharged and badly misdiagnosed
I did a consultation on Udok as my husband myself and my baby were very sick. Dr Natasha Berlouis was the doctor we connected with. She charged each of us separately for one video consultation and misdiagnosed us so the medication we got made us sicker. Turns out we had COVID, which wasn't even mentioned to us as a possibility nor was it suggested we should take a test in case. She also prescribed a massive 12.5ml dosage twice a day of penicillin for my baby who isn't even 5 months old.
