Stay away from this company at all costs. They take your money and do nothing, you continually have to chase and are told the UIF system is down, so cannot process anything. It is now over 12 months we have been waiting was ,told last week all is done and completed, I now have the Department of Employment and Labour emailing me for declarations on employee information and U19 etc. Which is what Julandie should have completed. We are going to have to go legal now otherwise I will be responsible for a fine!

Spoke to Mabatho on the Uif Call Centre Line. She was dragging and speaking and then telling me it's windy I'm hurting her hears after giving her my ID number 4 times. I ask her what's her name and she asks me why I want to know and proceeds to ask for my ID number the 5th time.

Good day To whom it may concern. I am writing to you seeking assistance on my UIF claim, I submitted my claim to the department of labour on the 27 of September 2024 and I was told to wait till the 21st of October 2024 to submit my payment application and I did that, after the process of my application was successful I was told to wait for 7-10 working days and my payment will reflect on my personal bank account, so my payment hasn't reflected, I haven't received any feedback or any sort of communication. I made a call to the department on Wednesday the 6th of November and it normally takes 7-15 working days so I was told that I can expect my payment today the 8th, which is the end of my 15 days period, but I haven't receive anything nor a feedback and I was told that, i should call back and report if I don't receive any form of communication, or my case will be closed permanently as if it was resolved. But to my surprise I called in this morning and I am again told by one of the consultants that my case hasn't been escalated and she will escalate as soon as we done, but I then told her that, I received a case number and my case was escalated on the 6th already, I couldn't understand what she was saying, because she was giving me an attitude and ended up telling me that if I don't understand I should hung up the call. She even refused to give me her details. So... Please help me Hello Peter, I am not working, I have a daughter of 1 year, I can't take care of, as I also can't qualify for the R370 grant as it is blocked by my UIF claim application.

Seems like a ****. Pay, register your domestic, and months later, has not been registered, don't respond to emails, seems like it's money flushed down the toilet. Paid 13 March, to date, still waiting for respose to my mail or to register my domestic for UIF

This is by far the worst organization in the world, after being retrenched I submitted all the required documents with assistance from my HR. My application was submitted and approved, this was over 13 months ago, I have not received any UIF payments. When contacting customer support I am told the is a problem with the system.

On the 21 June 2024 I requested UIF to reset my password - They required a certified copy of my ID document, which I duly emailed through to them. They acknowledged receipt of the document & advised me via email that the resetting of my password would take 7-10 working days. To date (25 July 2024) I have sent them an ADDITIONAL 4 emails & telephoned their "Customer Care" line on 0800 030 007 SEVEN TIMES & am still being advised that "we have received a copy of your ID & escalated your request to the relevant department for the resetting of your password" I AM LESS THAN IMPRESSED & FURIOUS - WHAT DO THE STAFF AT THE UIF OFFICES DO ALL DAY ? HOW LONG DOES IS TAKE TO RESET A PASSWORD ? THEY ARE LESS THAN USELESS

I waited 4 long frustrating months for my UIF claim to be approved and to be pay out. Many phone calls and several emails I was still unsuccesful I want to thank Dineo Mashego UIF office in Pretoria for her excellent service and assistance with my UIF application for benefits. She did really go out of her way to assist me and keep me updated. My claim was approved and within 2 weeks my money was paid into my account. I haven't experienced such AWSOME GREAT Client Service in a very long time. Dineo really deserve recognition for GREAT Client Service.Keep it up.
