Bad service
I’m disappointed at one of the reservationist. When we arrived standing to be assisted a white couple just came in and spoke to her as if we were invisible and they were assisted first with a welcoming smile whilst we were treated like a plague. Instead of her telling them that she will assist them after assisting us, the couple said they made a reservation. As if we didn’t make a reservation. I was very furious of the treatment we received, in this day and age whites get preference over blacks. Eventually we were assisted and given a little table outside whilst I indicated in the booking that I wanted to sit in the restaurant. And what made me more furious was that the white couple were given a nice sofa table that could have been ours while we were sitting in the cold. We were ready to leave until there was an opening inside. Besides this unfortunate incident the food was nice

Dinning on the clock
Amazing food no doubt .But it has changed from when it started .Personally the service has gone down but biggest issues is that you are now being told how long you can stay .Waiters or managers will walk up too you and tell you time is up. For my hard earned money in that expensive rasturant I expect better treatment .Even brought my international business partners and where told time is up.So never again.

Ukko Bad Attitude
They mess bookings up and don't care about trying to keep customers they've inconvenienced. They're happy to see you walk away. Strange approach to hospitality. Hostesses have a bad attitude as well.

Best Restaurant In Town
Best service I’ve had in a long time. Food was exquisite, impeccable service.The menu pricing was on the higher end but you won’t be disappointed with the experience. I have no choice but to give them a 10/10 rating and I highly recommend you try them out. Keep up the good work UKKO.

Best Restaurant In Town
Best service I’ve had in a long time. Food was exquisite, impeccable service.The menu pricing was on the higher end but you won’t be disappointed with the experience. I have no choice but to give them a 10/10 rating and I highly recommend you try them out. Keep up the good work UKKO.

Classy meets exciting
I go to this restaurant often & I’m never disappointed!! It’s everything you’d want in an urban upmarket restaurant situated in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg. The owner is often there, greets everyone with a smile and the staff are just as pleasant. Absolutely love the food - the salmon (which can come as a small dish serving or a main course) is a must try! Keep it up!

Over priced under delivered
I reserved a table weeks ago only to be made to wait for 15mins. We got a complimentary drink which was then spilt all over me. Our meals were also brought seperately so we didn't eat together. For the premium paid not a great experience at all
