In December I saw a post on Facebook about UltaVive Garcinia where they are giving away products for customers to trial the product all the customer has to pay is the shipping fee. and if they customer is happy after the trial period they can place an order. Today is 08 February and I have not received the product, yet a deducted amount of R1200 came off my credit card. I phoned the callcentre all the agent does is laugh at you and tell you he cant refund as per the policy. This company should be listed under the fraud list and should not be allowed to advertise on facebook. I never gave them the approval to debit money from my account on a monthly basis.

Ultravive garcia is a scam!
In Oct 2017 I ordered ultravive garcia and the advert said I only need go pay R70 with a promise that it will be delivered within 3-5 working days. (Order nrs ********** 50 and ********** 49) I never received the product and I thought that I did something wrong with the order. During Nov 2017 I received a sms from my bank that 99USD was de****ed from my account. I was devistated. I thought it was fraud and immediatley went to the bank. They would investigate and come back to me. I didnt think it had anything to do with the product I ordered, because everything was in Rand values on their site. The beginning of January 2018 I tried ordering the product(order nr ********** 34) again. Then I received a mail from the bank telling me the Nov 2017 99USD was for this product. BUT I didnt receive any products so I called their customer service and spoke to Elaina who told me that all the products were already sent to me. She confirmed my addres and after I told her that I didnt receive any product she told me that she cannot do anything about that, because when the product is delivered in RSA the dont have any contol over it. I cancelled both orders and asked my money back, but she told me that I first need to send the products back and although I told her that I dont have the products to send back, she kept to her story that I will not get any money back before I send the products back. I asked her to give me a ref nr for the call so that I can have proof of my cancellation and she told me that they dont give ref nr for calls. I DONT HAVE PRODUCTS TO SEND BAC****! THIS IS A BIG SCAM!!!!!

I purchased the courier for free sample in Oct 2017 - still to this day no free sample was delivered and they debited my account for a "subscription service". After 4 calls never once was this mentioned that there is a subscription fee. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

DON'T BUY FROM ULTAVIVE GARCINA
I did an online purchase of Garcina on 17 Oct 2017 from UltaVivive Garcina (claiming to be Dr Oz product) Their advert clearly stated pay R99.00 only for shipping. Also that you have a 14 day period to test the product. To date (22 Nov 2017) I have NOT received the goods however my Bank account was debited with R1442.48. After numerous emails and phone calls to a person called Kathy requesting them to refund my money they STOLE I am still to get someone to resolve this issue. Kathy is trying to justify why they debited my account & I am minus goods and my money is stolen out of my account! This company is a scam and are fraudulently STEALING peoples hard earned cash plus theres no product delivery. This is one reply I've received via email..... "We are unable to process your refund request through email. Please visit our website http://www.myaccountsupport.net/ , all our support teams contacts and Online Chat are available. Please contact our support team at the phone number listed below to resolve this issue. Kind Regards, Ultavive Garcinia Support Team South Africa +27- ********** 37 I have lodge a Fraudulent case against them with my Bank & will be contacting "Speak Out" a TV program to exposed the scam. People be careful. I never thought I would become a victim of a scam but unfortunately did. May God deal with these people hushly.

Unsecured payment page - beware!
This site has fake things on the page one has to put in my card details that say it is a verified secure site, but I have checked it clearly is not secure. This means you are putting your card details on an unsecured page!!!! I am presuming that because that is fake, the product is fake too. If you have done it, stop your card. Check the product reviews on FB. It comes from overseas and you have to pay duty on it.

Unsecured payment page - beware!
This site has fake things on the page one has to put in my card details that say it is a verified secure site, but I have checked it clearly is not secure. This means you are putting your card details on an unsecured page!!!! I am presuming that because that is fake, the product is fake too. If you have done it, stop your card. Check the product reviews on FB. It comes from overseas and you have to pay duty on it.
