PLEASANT SURPRISE

Ulti Coat was contracted to attend to damp and other waterproofing issues at my house.<br> <br> Initially I was hesitant to appoint Ulti Coat and to pay the required deposit. After a reference check, I decided to proceed.<br> <br> I was / am pleasantly surprised at the professional and timely manner in which the project was executed.<br> The owner, Ralph Leach, was in constant contact with me explaining each day's activities and what I could expect.<br> <br> As renovations go, there were some unexpected expenses, but all were clearly defined and well explained with a proper cost estimate. It never felt like Ralph was trying to load the price of variations and I will most defnitly use him again in future.<br> <br> Ralph visited the site more than once per day and even assisted with finding solutions to other issues on site.<br> <br> After the initial project, I appointed Ulti Coat to complete my plumbing as well as renovating my pool.
