Nontransparency

HelloPeter. I am struggling to get my contract cancelled with an organisation linked with the JSE. I am still legally within the grace period of 5 days and came to learn of a deduction made off my credit card of R 9000.00 exceeding my limit. I failed on 5 attempts now (telephonic and via e-mail) to cancel the contract but in vain. They operate under three different companies: Capital Max (brokers), Capital Group (pty) Ltd (Cursu Taurorum) and Ultimatrades (JSE). The trading software goes for R28 500, which we agreed would be paid monthly at 450.00 over 60months but now I realised after total deduction on my credit card that they were not sincere.<br> <br> <br> I would appreciate your help in warning others about shrewd people.<br> <br> <br> Kenneth
