Ultimate Cloud Solutions - Worst ISP ever
Ultimate Cloud Solutions... Absolutely terrible service. From the date of installation I had problems. Had to nag them and involve the ombudsman the first 2 times... Then I gave up and got someone else to configure the APs, but it seems their faulty switch eventually gave up, and now the 5x APs are also done... Great way to lose 40k... Call these people... Absolutely terrible, none of them are at all helpful, now I'm sitting with a problem

Terrible service
When cloud first came out to do an assessment I told them that I want quality, speed and i made double sure and requested surge protection 1. Their reeje roufer seems to be faulty 2. A few ports on the switch doesn't work 3. None of their cables have rj45 boots on, which has now caused 3 loose connections 4. Some of the rj45 connectors don't clip in properly 5. They told me that day cat6 cable will not work 6. They told me I NEEDED everything they quoted me on to have everything working properly The above feedback was given by 3 different service providers today, I paid R660, there was no need for the router, the provider that came out today has bypassed and disconnected it This guy will be quoting me for cat6 cable, a new switch and 5x ubiquity access points and I will be taking cloud to court for the bill I paid cloud solutions not even 12 months ago around R37,000 for a terrible job, pathetic really I want to submit complaints to all the necessary people, in 20 days i will fill in form b and have you listed tim, seeing as you the owner ignore your customers when in need You have given me unnecessary things, used materials that make me struggle, and provided a terrible brand

Terrible service

Bad installation
My internet has been unstable since the second week of their installation, I was always struggling and asking the service provider to fix it but it is not, I recently found out some of the rj45 boots aren't tight and holding properly, now these people are not even responding to my emails, I'm going to submit a complaint form to the consumer ombudsman next

Delighted with WORLD CLASS service!!!
I captured my details on their website to be contacted, they called me within 10 mins. A technician came to my office within 1 hour to assess the job. They quoted me within an hour of the technician leaving. After I approved their very competitive quote, the job was scheduled for the same afternoon. I received an sms to say what time the technician would arrive. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly. I have never had such great service from a supplier!!! Well done to Tim and his team.

Outstanding service delivery
From the first contact by phone, to the site assessment, to the quote, to the people on site, to the off site/remote IT support everything about this company was excellent. Follow-up calls to check up on whether everything was working. The technicians on site cleaned up their mess. Covid protocols were observed. The technicians were polite and efficient.. And the final invoice was less than the quote. This was real service delivery.

IT Technician stealing data using our network password
The technician installing our home network did not set it up properly, even after being called back. I eventually figured out myself why the internet was not working and simply moved the devices around, which should have been done/tested by the technician. Besides that, the technician took advantage of having our network password by using all of our data in less than an hour. He then pretended not to know why our data is finished (I suspect he thought we had uncapped and then got a surprise when finding out we didn't). We then topped up our data while he was here and within less than 30min used that up as well, while sitting in our drive way, after we actually thought he had left after the job was done. The disrespect and nerve these people have to use our password just disgusts me! We will never use their services or recommend their services again. I did phone to speak to the manager, after which I found out this person who stole our data WAS the manager. I then asked to speak to another superior and he would have phoned me back, which he didn't. They obviously don't care about this kind of thing happening! I suspect it is a very small company with like three people running it, people who don't care about customer service or customer privacy!
