Absolutely love the store! Greeted by the friendliest sales reps who assisted me Throughout my visit! Stunning furniture and such an amazing experience! Didn’t buy anything unfortunately, but I will definitely be back! Such an awesome team that truly understands customer care.

The service we have received is on an acceptable level and can be improved. The furniture we bought is very beautiful and was delivered on time. But we have not received anything in writing to confirm their warranty for the items bought. When I called they said it is one year but that was not written anywhere. Their communication is very bad

I had a terrible experience with The Ultimate Lounge Collection based in Samrand, physical address Storid Building, Block C Upstairs, Samrand Business Park, 46 Landmarks Road, Centurion. Tershia Samantha Gulston sold us 6 motion 4 PEC incliner couches via online platform advertised as genuine leather but after delivery, we identified that the couches were an upper leather and the back & side were a pure plastic. When we told her, she promised to make a swap or refund us and then she sent her team to come and inspect the couches, then she claimed that we have damanged her couches and she refused to refund or swap for us. She never answered us why she misrepresented upper leather with genuine leather on the advert and invoice but she decided to hide behind that we have demaged these couches. I have lodged a complain with NCC and I have opened a theft case with SAPS. Be very careful when you visit this company, they smile and pretend to be professional but after you paid they become something else. They promise, and promise to respond to any quiries for day without any action. They keep their furniture on the floor for months, so kindly ensure that you inspect the furniture thoroughly before to sign any delivery note and if there is any scracthes or defect, please send it back with their delivery team immediately unless you will be stuck with them for good.

I bought a number of items at this store and was assured that new items would be delivered in cardboard boxes, however I was sent the floor displays. The items were soiled, damaged and they sent 2 chairs short - it was a 10 piece set, they sent 8. When I called on the day of delivery - they said it will be sorted out, then they came back and said it will only be sorted out in the new year. I asked for refund and was not given. Please I urge you not to ever buy from this store. The owner had a terrible attitude - it should have been an indication of the service to come. They are unprofessional and thieves.

<p>I posted almost a month ago about this furniture shop in Centurion 46 Landmarks street. Till today I have not received my refund although they have received their defective lounge suite the same day it was delivered to me. I rejected delivery and requested a replacement which the company could not honour. They then decide, after 3 weeks of begging for my money to inform me that they will charge a 35% handling fee which in actual fact was not stated upfront upon purchase or when I requested a refund of my total amount. I will definitely expose this company for such inconsistencies in their dealings with clients. </p>

<p>On the 25 September I visited the Ultimate Lounge Collection Showroom in Centurion to purchase a lounge suite. On the 26 September my husband deposited the total amount for the lounge suite in the company's account. On the 30 September Ultimate lounge sent me a defective lounge suite which I immediately returned after conversing with the owner Tersia. During the conversation she said I was liable for the transport cost of R3000 which I said I will not pay and why should I pay it because Ultimate lounge collection sent me a defective lounge suite. I took photos and what's app it to her. Then she voice what's app stating that she will Send me another set of the exact same suite I choose. On Sunday she sends me pics to choose a different set all together which I did not want. I asked her to refund my money. Till today I have not received my payment. She has been avoiding my calls and what's app. When I informed her I am going to take legal action and she will be liable for all legal costs she asked her bookkeeper to call me and inform me that the money will be deposited in 7 days because she is waiting for clearance. How is it possible a company can release/ deliver goods without first waiting for the money to be reflecting in their account. The cash was deposited via Eft on the 26 September standard bank to standard bank so how possible is it that there is a 7 days clearance. She is currently holding back my money and collecting interest on this. I will never ever recommend them to anyone or deal with this company ever again. If by Monday the money is not deposited I will consult with the consumer protection board and take legal action against this company.</p>
