Good Day We bought an Ultralink 4k ultra hd model ul agb device from Game last year. The device had issues from day one whereby common apps would always give intermittent issues. These common apps are netflix, dstv and showmax. The SABC plus one does not run at all. Out of the 5 times when trying to open them, in 4 times you needed to reinstall the app before use. Right now the Netflix app comes with an error that the app is no longer available on the device due to compatibility. I have tried to call Ultralink support with no luck, is either they say they are not hearing me clearly(even though their receptionist could hear me just fine) or they simply take down my number and lie by saying they would call me back. I have send an email to support with no response. The device is well updated and the TV is working fine with other decoders, i have reloaded it a few times with no luck in getting basic apps to run. Anyone thinking of getting that smart tv box, think twice and prepare for the nightmares to come from both the device itself and their support team.
