This is of the upmost disgusting professional service that I have received, and will now be returning the unit for a refund, of which could have possibly been dealt with and solved with prompt feedback time.
Hi,
I have the Ultralink router code MAC ********* - IN-**********, scan # ]C******* for my TV, and the light went from "GREEN" to "RED" and has now frozen for 2-days now.
I have done everything according to the instructions to no avail. My internet and wi-fi is working on all my other devices, and perhaps there is something wrong with the router device.
I please need help and guidance, as I am unable to watch TV.
