Service was a horror movie!

A horror movie, we were broken into the Friday we checked in, our laptops, shoes, handbags and weaves gone when we called the owner to come and assist she told us this is south Africa we live in. She lacks people's skills and told one of my friends she is not here to nurse her broken emotions. We told her we don't feel safe in her property and asked for a refund, she gave us the run around till she refunded us funds one night. Don't visit the place if you not ready to lose your property in the hands of her own garden men, she even had the nerve to tell us she is not a police after we told her we suspect her garden men are the one's who ****** us!!we want compensation for our lost property!!!!
