Unanswered Calls
The street lights office number is not answered when you want to report the lights that are not operational. The number just rings until it is cut off. These guys don't want to do their job, it's frustrating.

Unhappy daughter
I'm very sad at the same time very unhappy yet I say I live in South Africa where women's right are being abused this way. I would like to know if one of u would like it if u work 2 day a week and don't get paid. There are women who work at umhlathuzane on the roads cleaning the pavement since last year some of them never got paid yet they are told to carry on working is this the right way of helping them feed their kids maybe it's because they are black and uneducated I'm so disappointed. I will appreciate if u can explain this to me or maybe I should just write to the Ob*****t 0670237884 or pumiempungose17@gmail.com

Licensing Renewel Nightmare
The licensing department services is pathetic , slow , disorganized to say the least , it took six hours to renew my vehicle license , we had to stand in a queue in the sun , there was an elderly gentleman that fainted and had to get medical help, due to standing in the sun for to long . Surely there can be somehow an online system being developed or more pay point facilities created , some areas you can pay at the post offices , but it is not all post offices that have the service available , hope to see an improvement next year .

USELESS SERVICE
What it feels like to constantly have electricity issues. I live on Frondosa in Brackenham Richardsbay<br> food getting spoilt electronics constantly taking damage due to constant power outages on this specific street<br> when you phone the municipality its \well sir we cannot tell you an update because we don't know "that's after we are sitting without electricity for almost 24hrs straight. Yes this is not the 1st time might I say it constantly happens over and over for hours on end with no explanation from electricity dept. Pathetic that's what I say look into your records between 2015 and 2016 how many times are we having this same problem with transformers and cable maybe look into more competent people to do the job. things are not cheap especially electricity. Losing between R700 and R1000 of meat at a time is not cheap"
