*****ulent IRP5 Claim and ******** Employment Record

This company falsely created an IRP5 under my name, claiming that I was their employee. I have never worked for them, nor have I had any association with them. During the period they claim I was employed, I was unemployed for most of it.

It was extremely difficult to get in touch with them as the phone number listed on their website does not work. I eventually reached them via email, where they claimed that I was employed through Tusanang. However, I have never signed any contracts with either Tusanang or UMM.

This situation is concerning, and I am seeking further clarity and resolution.
