UMM Contracting Service is a ***** Company

Sars says I'm owing amount of 10 000 because of this company, I don't know this company I've never signed any documents with them and never received any stipend I have proof from bank. I've been trying to get them to cancel IRP5 because I'm now in trouble with SARS because of them. They are refusing to help. Cam someone please help I'm drowning because of this
