Amazing experiance
Once again what an amazing rejuvinating weekend spend an my favorite place. Thank you Malcolm for always being the perfect host. Tannie Jane, best receptionest of all times. Ons word al baie lief vir Tannie Umoya has something or nothing to do for all age groups

Owners are extremely rude...!
Customers are extremely rude. We had an issue with our day visitors arriving and the owners were so rude, saying we never made arrangements. We actually phoned them to make sure all is in order before telling our day visitors to come through. The owners stopped me at the gate when i was allowing our visitors in (because nobody answered the gate!!). Then had a shouting match with me outside the gate to say i never made arrangements. Get your attitude right, we are your guests - and the customer is always right. The way they treated the campers that came in when i opened the gate was also despicable, i don't even want to go on whether this was ****** or just plain rudeness! I will NOT go back to this resort, even though the facilities were pretty amazing- except for the warm pool that wasn't warm!

Unscrupulous Booking policy
I booked four stands at Umoya Caravan Lodge for a 3 night stay from 24 September 2015 to 27 September 2015. It is NOT a long weekend as the Friday is a work day. Engela from Umoya sent an e-mail confirming the booking. The following day she contacted us with the following:<br> \Ek het 'n oepsie gemaak met julle besprekings
