I was dealing with an agent his name is Shikaar and he handled my whole situation very well I had alil problem with he instalation where as I was about to cancel the whole deal but he was so kind he made sure he emails his management team he was always in contact with me to know what's happening and today my fibre was installed with no hassle... What a kind, humble guy wow he gets a 10 /10 from me

I have been dealing with Shikaar. His professionalism and respect is top class. If u have a query or an issue, he would reply to you instantly. Although we had teething problems coz of the theft of cabling in our area. He assured us it will be on track. Gave regular updates on the group as well as personal messages. If we had someone like him in our government, we would not have service delivery problems.
