240501 and 241351 me...
240501 and 241351 medical numbers they rejected the orthondics treatments which we are covered for, hence we don’t know the reasons why,will like to know why

Please note that for Member No. 240501, we do not have any rejected orthodontic claims on our records.
Your basic dentistry claim for the service date 16 January 2026 was processed and paid in full on 22 January 2026.
Kindly confirm if there is Orthodontic account that remains outstanding so that we can investigate further.
For Member No. 241351, we received two accounts.
The first account was for basic dentistry with a service date of 10 February 2026, which was paid in full on 12 February 2026.
The second account was for orthodontic services with a service date of 24 February 2026, which was also paid in full on 5 March 2026.
