Unbreakable Man Is A Scam!
Firstly, Unbreakable Man was communicative and quick to respond to my texts and questions which inspired my confidence and I decided to purchase a ring. As soon as I sent the Proof of Payment, then the stories started. They said they are moving warehouses and that there will be a delay with shipping and gave me an ETA of three days. On the agreed upon date, all of a sudden they are not responding to my texts, calls or emails. I sent a message on their Instagram page and told me to call them, and they no longer respond to Instagram DMs either. DO NOT BUY FROM UNBREAKABLE MAN, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

One ring - 5 Stars!
My journey with Unbreakable Man is somewhat boring, but the service and quality product they supplied me with needs a little emphasis and is thus the reason for this report. I am so thankful for these guys assisting me with the exchange of a ring several months after its initial purchase. There was no fuss made about it, the process was smooth and the exchange literally happened in a matter of 2-3 days. Wendy is a Customer Service superstar, and I will gladly recommend Unbreakable Man to any of my friends, family members or colleagues, and to you, stranger...yes, to you too! It's hard to find good service in South-Africa, so to find someone who provides you with EXCELLENT service is even harder to come by - Wendy, this makes you one in 57,725,600 (approx). May your business thrive! You work hard enough to reap the rewards. Appreciate all you've done to help me out - I really do appreciate you so very much!

Missing in action after taking your money
I placed an online order on Tuesday evening and paid with my card, got a confirmation e-mail and was advised my order will be delivered between Wednesday, 24 July, and Friday, 26 July. No delivery has taken place on Friday. As per their website my order has not yet been shipped. I e-mailed Wendy on Friday just to confirm if it is out on delivery but no response. Whatsapped but no response. Phoned the land line and the cellphone number BUT ofcourse the numbers are both off. Facebook messaged and eventhough shown online the whole day they don’t read the messages. Facebook messaged the owner Mario, no response. I really do want URGENT feedback regarding what is going on with my order? This type of customer services will really make sure to never return as a customer. Phoned this morning, all phones are still off. Sent another e-mail to Wendy and Mario. I am utterly disappointed in how horrible your service has become from May month when I placed a big order to now. I am a returning customer but I can’t see myself recommending you guys again or make use of you guys again. I need an update urgently regarding the 2x sets of cufflinks I ordered!

Unbreakable Man - not so Unbreakable
I bought a tungsten wedding ring from Unbreakable Man, and my fiancé tried it on, shook his fingers to see if it’s going to come off and it fell to the ground and broke in two!! Unbreakable?? I guess not! When we queried this, the lady said she will give us 50% discount on a new ring… What faith should we have in this product? A ring is not supposed to break when it falls on the ground! Unbreakable Man - not so Unbreakable
I bought a tungsten wedding ring from Unbreakable Man, and my fiancé tried it on, shook his fingers to see if it’s going to come off and it fell to the ground and broke in two!! Unbreakable?? I guess not! When we queried this, the lady said she will give us 50% discount on a new ring… What faith should we have in this product? A ring is not supposed to break when it falls on the ground! Misleading clients
Hi, the title Unbreakable Man is very misleading we bought the ring from a Jeweler in the Highveld Mall and was told that it is just that made from Tungsten and cannot break. My husband's ring broke when it fell and when I contacted the manufacturer they notified me that it can break... from a fall. They are misleading customers even with just they business name. Dont buy the product. It is a waste of money unless you buy it to be made of porcelain and not worn...

I bought a wedding ring which didn't last two weeks. I dropped my wedding ring from hip height and it chipped and cracked right through. I returned the ring to the dealer from which I bought it and was informed by them that; chips, cracks and breakages are not covered by "un"breakable man. Don't waste your money on their rings if you want to use it as a wedding band. It will just leave you disappointed... When it breaks. These rings are far from "unbreakable", in fact in my personal experience the exact opposite is true!
