Uncapped WiFi Rustenburg doesn't get the message

I am super disappointed in Uncapped WiFi Rustenburg. I cancelled my services with them December 2018 and still to this day they keep taking debit orders from my account. I have contacted them numerous times on the email address I have for them asking them not to take debit orders as I don't have their services anymore and they don't even bother to reply and just keep taking debit orders. I have to reverse the debit orders on a monthly basis because they are incompetent. The services they provided is also the worst I have ever seen and thus the reason for me cancelling, now they keep making demand payments to my account. This is unacceptable and utterly unprofessional. Worst company for internet supply in Rustenbrug ever. I do not suggest you make use of their services.
