Uncle Bens Den should be shut down😡

Food Donations that were supp**** to the home were apparently shared between staff members. Place smelt of urine. Leaking toilets. Unfit for the Human Race😡 Dried bread for most meals. Patients toothbrushes were shared. My moms clothing personal belongings went missing. Each time we visited she was wearing other patients clothing. When i asked staff if my mom was given her meds.They surprisingly responded by saying. We didnt know your mom was on medication. Sadly my mother passed away there & her gold ring went missing too.

Its an affordable Home BUT Not recommended at all. Doesnt even deserve 2 star.
