A complete *******. My balance all of a sudden shows a minus R168.82 Unexplained from minus R50 PREVIOUSLY! This means that for me to load R200 I need to top up R368 which I find very unreasonable honestly and absolutely ridiculous. On top of that the terrible and unreliable system that when you load your wallet, the system takes forever to allocate the units. I don't have hot water now and customer service starts operating at 9am. This is ridiculous, I don't recommend Unimet to anyone.
