Do yourself a favor and read the 1 star reviews here. They're here for a reason! In my case, a ****roach infestation was on the snag list (identified by Uniqon themselves), which they ignored for around 6 weeks. I gave ample warning to no avail. I then got fumigators out: and they only paid half of the cost. Arrogant people. Will see what the ombud has to say. STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE. I hope this helps someone.
